NWO and other things out-worldly

First let’s talk about the translation. You can see that the accepted translation and mine are mostly the same. The main difference would be the third line. Piscature doesn’t translate from French but from latin as fisherman. Now this changes the line from the “ship of the Papacy” to “the fisherman’s boat”, which is something all together different. However, we must remember that Nostradamus wrote in cryptic prose. After some research I discovered that the Pope wears a ring called the “ring of the fisherman”. So we can surmise that Nostradamus was talking about the Papacy.

Now as far as the meaning, after some careful thought this might be happening currently. Let’s examine the first two lines. President Musharraf of Pakistan for intensive purposes has declared himself King. His claims that he will restore the government once the current “problem” is under control. This could be a king with a short life, either he will be killed or when he restores the government. I think one can safely say that it is not peaceful in Pakistan at this time.

Now let’s look at the last two lines. The Pope, Pope Benedict and the Saudi King Abdullah have a meeting in Rome today. Here’s a link to the news story: Pope and Saudi king hold historic meeting. Ever since Pope Benedict made a comment in a sermon linking violence to Islam, he has been trying to calm the Muslims. Today he is discussing how the Christians, Muslims, and Jews should work together for peace. This in my studies can never be. Anything that can come out of this would be at a loss to the Catholic Church. Thus “governed to its greatest detriment”. In other words the Christians would lose what is sacred to them being replaced by a compromise with Islam, most likely causing the Pope to lose his power.

Michael Rathford, in his book The Nostradamus Code: WWIII 2007-2012, postulates that the second-to-last pope will be “swallowed” by the Antichrist’s scheming. He says this:

“The second-to-last pope instated after the assassination of the current one will have a short reign. Due to political blunders and mistakes he will pave the way for the final pope to be a tool of the Antichrist. His reign is an omen of the final downfall of the church.”

I believe this not a current item. In my opinion it happened during Napoleon’s reign when he made the Catholic church subserviant to him.
