After trying unsuccessfully so far to stop Christmas, now they (the Politically Correct Crowd) are after Santa. As my friend Mike said this morning….. “The PC world has finally jumped the shark.” Of course this is happening in London, how long before “they” try that in the USA.
It happens sometimes. When a war drags out like this one, and it is a war even if it is just a war of cultures right now. Sometimes the good guys fight amongst themselves. It is bad when this happen. It only resolves to weaken us. It strengthens our enemies.
So here’s the scoop. It all started with this post over at LittleGreenFootballs. It seems that a group in Europe was having a rally to promote resisting the Islamization of Europe. Some of the guest speakers have/had questionable ties to active Neo-Nazi organizations. When Charles Johnson of LGF pointed this fact out in the above post, Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs had this to say about it. To boil things down to the main points: Charles suggested that it might not “LOOK” good if the guest speakers had ties to known hate groups. He believes that this would lend credence to the leftist notion that we are racists. Across the big pond however, an ally is an ally when you find yourself in an ever increasing Muslim population.
Now I am not one to pass judgment on either side in this case. In fact I can understand both sides of this story. Here in America, the leftist will use anything they can get there hands on to discredit conservatives and further their agenda. So it’s always a good idea to err on the side of caution. Also, the pervasiveness of Islam has not reached the proportions in the U.S. as it has in Europe. So, with the leftist capitulating on all sides to the demand of the Muslims, I can understand the conservatives in Europe want to ally with anyone they can.
Like I started this article out, it happens sometimes. We as a group that understand the dangers of Islam should try to put these differences behind us and focus on the enemy at hand.

It has been several months since I posted anything here, and well this might not be a post either. Now that auto racing season is here time to post becomes even more difficult to find. But since this is a slow afternoon I thought I’d tank a minute and just say that I am still around and I have been reading what’s going on in the world. Everything is the news is so crazy that I could post for hours on many topics.
Never the less….. I’ll try to come up with some time to write some thoughts……
Michelle Malkin has had an anti-jihadi video banned on YouTube for “inappropriate content”. You can read her account of this ordeal here. She is asking every one to get the word out about YouTube and their dhimmi ways. The latest criticism of Islam being a violent religion, which was sparked by incendiary comments made by Pope Benedict XVI, has caused internet jihadis to launch a new website called Electronic Jihad, located at http://www.al-jinan.org. The purpose of the website is to help organize an electronic jihad against websites that insult Islam and Islamic sacred figures. The site has been well publicized on more established jihadi websites. Jihadi forums are posting quotes from the Quran in order to encourage and convince jihadis and regular Muslims of their duty to engage in electronic jihad and to attack anti-Islamic sites in order to shut them down. Furthermore, postings from August on the Electronic Jihad site already claim that they successfully shut down the Israeli website http://www.haganah.co.il. Thus, it seems that while street protests in response to Western criticism of Islam have died down in the Islamic world, the battle is still raging on the internet.

The first Muslim congressman coming from Minnesota? It says a lot about the changing face of the United States and Minnesota.”

The Monitor doesn’t mention, however, a disturbing aspect of Ellison’s record: the support he has received from the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Journalist Joel Mowbray has been virtually the only journalist who has pursued this connection, exploring in a recent column, “Mr. Ellison’s seemingly tight connection with Nihad Awad, co-founder of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), whom he met almost two decades ago at the University of Minnesota.” Mowbray reports that “Mr. Awad headlined a fundraiser last month that the campaign estimates netted $15,000 to $20,000, and in July, and it appears that CAIR’s co-founder bundled contributions totaling just over $10,000. (The campaign issued a terse denial on the latter point, though it refused to explain away overwhelming evidence to the contrary.)”
This article is interesting to say the lest and we need to keep our eye on this one.
Judging by the recent posts as well as the change that seems to be taking place in world opinion regarding Muslim bullying, I think simply that the time has come to make our stand. I know, I know. We’re all already doing it. What I’m talking is an umbrella organization, a website perhaps of it’s own. A counter to those who would order the world around in our own lands. In becoming active in this fight, I wanted initially to start a non-profit. This proved rather difficult, and I realized that the research and the analysis was already being written anyway. I’m talking about something different.
What I mean is a big, “Oh, no you don’t!” being stated to Muslims across the world that this is no longer acceptable. Call it our version of fatwas. All of the proud infidels out there, but using not the terms given us in scorn by Muslims. This is fine for the blogs, as are insightful articles about the whys and wheres, the history and the news. I write these things as well as the rest of us and love doing so. But I am talking a site that exists simply to hand down ultimatums directly to those threatening us today, to those threatening over recent events and ordering us non-Muslims around. A site designed like CAIR but condemning in official terms in the opposite direction.
In all honesty, if there is a body of people such as a non-Muslim CAIR who do these things in a more serious and not so outrageous manner, then I do not know of them. I know of the UAC, but I find their official stances and protests to be, while rather on our side to be lacking in what I want. I want all of the intelligence that we show here and on our own websites, as well as of the sites and writers that we quote. Yet I want it put in absolute terms. For years now we have read about the threats, the history (of conquest and threats) and the brilliant articles about essentially what ifs and worse case scenarios. It’s time for us to issue our own decrees.
This will mean building a website for simply that purpose, and I do not know the how tos of such an experiment (yes, you can all laugh at me now, I do deserve it!). But I do think that this is necessary, and that now is the time to strike. We must keep up the reporting, the analysis, and the mockery in all of the venues that we have been using. But at this very interesting juncture in time at which many seem to be waking up and desiring to put this bully in its place, I think that if we take the lead that more will follow, and that we can lend some creedence to a growing movement of those who just want to order the thugs back into their place.
