Another attack on Santa…..
After trying unsuccessfully so far to stop Christmas, now they (the Politically Correct Crowd) are after Santa. As my friend Mike said this morning….. “The PC world has finally jumped the shark.” Of course this is happening in London, how long before “they” try that in the USA.
Santa told to slim down for Christmas to ’set a good example’
Santa is being told to shift the pounds before Christmas - because the obese saint is failing to set a “good example” for children.
The traditional children’s hero, best known for feasting on mince pies left out on Christmas eve, has always sported a bulging midriff.
But shopping centre bosses are giving the well-wisher his marching orders - to the nearest gym - to tackle the increasing problem of obesity.
The revelation comes after a medical report earlier this month stated that by 2050 more than 50 per cent of Brits will be obese.

Well you know, here in the US we are trying to replace Santa with the Snowman. Haven’t you noticed in the past 5 years how there are so many more snowmen and fewer and fewer Santa’s in the stores etc?

Hey, I just have to put my two cents worth in….I love Santa…I wish people would quit gettin there wittle feelins hurt over stupid stuff like santa being fat…they need to deal with it. The snowman is fat they aren’t complaining about that (yet). And while I am on the subject…if people don’t realize that eating greasy mc donalds is going to make them fat then they deserve to be fat. And yes possibly die from obesity. That was the choice they made they need to deal with it and not try to sue someone because of thier ignorance. Ok, ok I’m stepping down of my soap box. sorry.
Hey Laurie…. No need to be sorry….. That’s why I post this stuff….. So people will understand what kind of stupidity is going on…..
