A repost from IBA

I usually don’t repost stuff but this is good. Here’s the orginal

The Time Has Come

Judging by the recent posts as well as the change that seems to be taking place in world opinion regarding Muslim bullying, I think simply that the time has come to make our stand. I know, I know. We’re all already doing it. What I’m talking is an umbrella organization, a website perhaps of it’s own. A counter to those who would order the world around in our own lands. In becoming active in this fight, I wanted initially to start a non-profit. This proved rather difficult, and I realized that the research and the analysis was already being written anyway. I’m talking about something different.

What I mean is a big, “Oh, no you don’t!” being stated to Muslims across the world that this is no longer acceptable. Call it our version of fatwas. All of the proud infidels out there, but using not the terms given us in scorn by Muslims. This is fine for the blogs, as are insightful articles about the whys and wheres, the history and the news. I write these things as well as the rest of us and love doing so. But I am talking a site that exists simply to hand down ultimatums directly to those threatening us today, to those threatening over recent events and ordering us non-Muslims around. A site designed like CAIR but condemning in official terms in the opposite direction.

In all honesty, if there is a body of people such as a non-Muslim CAIR who do these things in a more serious and not so outrageous manner, then I do not know of them. I know of the UAC, but I find their official stances and protests to be, while rather on our side to be lacking in what I want. I want all of the intelligence that we show here and on our own websites, as well as of the sites and writers that we quote. Yet I want it put in absolute terms. For years now we have read about the threats, the history (of conquest and threats) and the brilliant articles about essentially what ifs and worse case scenarios. It’s time for us to issue our own decrees.

This will mean building a website for simply that purpose, and I do not know the how tos of such an experiment (yes, you can all laugh at me now, I do deserve it!). But I do think that this is necessary, and that now is the time to strike. We must keep up the reporting, the analysis, and the mockery in all of the venues that we have been using. But at this very interesting juncture in time at which many seem to be waking up and desiring to put this bully in its place, I think that if we take the lead that more will follow, and that we can lend some creedence to a growing movement of those who just want to order the thugs back into their place.

Any thoughts?

The Moonbat revolution

Published by N_Jones under Editorials

As crazy as it seems… I guess we are going to have to deal with this. The guys over at IBA and LGF have already covered this but I thought I’d put in my 2 cents worth….. You can read their thoughts here - IBA and here - LGF and the moonbat site that put these pictures up.

Well it seems as if the free society doesn’t want to be free. I guess what I really don’t understand is that once the socialist get in power there will be no more demonstrations. These moonbats are handing over the very right to protest. At some point that will become all to obvious. I suppose when these morons are standing in bread lines they’ll get the point. Wait….. maybe that is the point. Maybe they are looking for someone else to take care of them. Maybe there IS too much freedom. They need someone to tell them what to think, what to do. It is very difficult in a free society to actually succeed. If they get what they want there will be no measure of success, everyone will have nothing equally. Silly me I always thought the journey to success or failure was the rewarding part, not the success or failure itself.

In the world today we face a great danger and so few have the guts to stand up and fight. I just hope to be counted with the ones who do.

Things may be worse than they seem……

Published by N_Jones under Editorials

After reading several post at a couple of my favorite blogs….. LittleGreenFootballs and Infidel Bloggers Alliance …… I have finally decided that the war may be lost. While our enemies stand in front of the world and declare their hatered for us…… Chavez Says U.S. Empire Will Soon Fall, Calls Bush ‘Devil’ and Ahmadinejad Rants to UN on U.S. Foreign Policy, Structure of Security Council ….. our leaders remain strangely quiet. Of couse it is my opinion that the “Left” quietly, and sometimes not so quietly, agree with these madmen. At least they agree that Bush is the devil. And during all of this the Muslim leaders call for an end to free speech…. Call for ban on ‘defamation of Islam’.

I am losing hope that we well ever be able to live in “peace” with the Muslims, and in light of that fact I am also losing hope that our leaders will have the guts to stand up to these thugs and do what is necessary to purge the earth of their kind.

I am of the opinion that we need a drastic change. A drastic fundamental change in human psychology. I can only hope that this happens in my lifetime………. sigh…..

Individualism…..

Published by N_Jones under Editorials

I was watching a talk show on PBS this past weekend where the host had a guest (I don’t know what show or who the guest or host was) talking about monuments in our society. Specifically, when, why and how these things are important to us. The part that I saw they were talking about the differences between monuments built for WWII and Vietnam. The Vietnam War Memorial was built within 10 years of the end of the war and the WWII monuments were built much longer after the war. The Vietnam monument is a wall with a list of the names of the people who died during the war. Most WWII monuments are representitive of events that took place during the war.

I submit to you that this is a direct comparision of society today. Up to, and during WWII the “Greater Good” was more on the minds of the general population. To be more specific, I believe that society as a whole thought and acted in a way that was good for the group or society. The individual needs were put aside for the needs of the community. Hence the monuments reflect this type of thinking. I submit for your examination the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the statue of the rasing of the flag on Iwo Jima. No names of these soldiers, just the deeds done. In direct contrast, the Vietnam memorial is a list of the individuals. No deeds, just the individuals.

Some where along the way the needs of the individual came to the fore front. We have given up what is good for society for what is good for the one. I think back to the movie Star Trek:The Wrath of Kahn…. Spock put it so well as he was dying… “The needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few, or the one”. I think this is one of the major issues facing us as a society. Because we are catering to the needs of the one our society as a whole suffers.
